How do I drink it?

Karuna Kava is real, traditionally prepared kava that has been culinarily influenced with natural and organic ingredients. This kava will settle, and may settle in the neck of the mouthpiece. Do not be concerned! It is just kava. Knead and mix the pouch, and shake aggressively to mix. You might also pour 4oz into a bowl and mix with a spoon or stir-stick. Do not be concerned by tingling on mouth and lips.

Shipping Policy

Karuna Kava is a hand-made natural product, made fresh on a weekly basis. It may take up to one week for your order to ship, as we strictly ship on Monday-Wednesday. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your kava shipment has been delayed longer than one week, please do not hesitate to reach out. We will always do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and quality of product.

Return and Refund Policy

Karuna Kava does not accept returns and does not offer refunds, unless there has been an issue with the order. We will always right any issues, but kava is expensive and time consuming to produce. Once your order has shipped, it is yours. Congratulations! You are the owner of some fantastic new kava! Please remember that kava takes many years to reach maturity, so it is very important to respect the hard work and dedication that went into producing it.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order so long as it has not already shipped. Once the package has shipped, it is your package. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our website. You must manage your own customer profile; we cannot cancel your subscription for you via email or through other means. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause

Bar Policies

Karuna Kava Bar has a zero-tolerance policy regarding hateful speech, violence, and harassment. Karuna Kava is a non-alcoholic social space; you may be asked to leave if you arrive under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. Outside food is allowed, although we ask that you not bring outside beverages into our bar space. Karuna Kava employees reserve the right to ask you to leave if your conduct is disrespectful or aggressive.
