You may cancel an order so long as it has not already shipped. Once the package has shipped, it is your package. You may cancel your subscription at any time through our website. You must manage your own customer profile; we cannot cancel your subscription for you via email or through other means. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause.
Orders are shipped via usps/ ups within 5 business days of order. Upon shipment please allow up to 5 business days to receive your package. Shipping is $9.95 contingent upon order quantity and shipping discounts they may decrease your shipping cost. We do not ship outside of the United States. Kanna items do not ship to Louisianna.
